Digirhino is a product of INAYA NEXTGEN INFOMIX PVT LTD. By using the Digirhino website, apps, or portals as a customers, partners, and engineers, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service scope
Digirhino connects customers with approved partners and engineers for onsite and remote IT support including laptops, desktops, printers, networks, CCTV, and related services. Final diagnosis and repair feasibility are confirmed after inspection.
3. Booking and verification
Customers must provide a valid mobile number, correct address, pincode, and problem description. Partners and engineers must submit accurate business or KYC information. OTP-based login and admin/partner approval steps may apply.
4. Estimates and quotations
Online estimates and quotations are based on information provided. Final amounts may change after physical inspection, parts availability, or additional work. Changes are explained before proceeding whenever possible.
5. Payments
All payment-related collections on Digirhino — including visiting fees, repair charges, AMC, quotations, refunds, and settlements — are made in the name of INAYA NEXTGEN INFOMIX PVT LTD as the operating company behind the product. Online payment gateways, invoices, and receipts may show INAYA NEXTGEN INFOMIX PVT LTD and/or Digirhino. Cash payments, where offered, must be confirmed through the platform workflow.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation fees or refunds, if applicable, follow Digirhino policy and local consumer requirements. Partner and engineer payout rules are governed by separate operational policies communicated within the portal.
7. User responsibilities
Keep OTP and account access private. Provide safe access for engineers during visits. Misuse, abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity, or submission of false documents may lead to account suspension or refusal of service.
8. Partners and engineers
Partners and engineers using Digirhino must follow platform policies, quality standards, data protection rules, and applicable laws while fulfilling jobs booked through the platform.
